Amarone Riserva “Sergio Zenato” is produced only in excellent vintages, from a selection of grapes Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta coming from the oldest vineyards in Costalunga estate in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. The particular low yields have led to a wine of great concentration, with aroma of vanilla and fruits, an intense and long lasting taste.

Amarone Riserva “Sergio Zenato” is produced only in excellent vintages, from a selection of grapes Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta coming from the oldest vineyards in Costalunga estate in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella. The particular low yields have led to a wine of great concentration, with aroma of vanilla and fruits, an intense and long lasting taste.

Organoleptic Characteristic	deep ruby color, aroma of red berries and hints of almond, structured taste, fruity and velvety with hints of red fruits.
Vinification process	After harvesting and manual sorting in small boxes of 5 kg, the grapes are left to dry for about 3 / 4 months in dry fruity and well ventilated. Only in January, after the natural drying process, the grapes are pressed.
