Organoleptic Characteristic Deep ruby red wine. The aroma is rich and intense, with notes of red fruit jam and walnut. Taste velvety, full-bodied, rounded with smooth tannins.
Vinification process in steel tanks with constant controlled temperature (about 28 degrees) for 15 days. After decanting, in mid-January, is put into new barrels for 36 months.
