Organoleptic Characteristic	Straw yellow with greenish hues. It has an aromatic aroma of white peach, green pepper on a pleasant note of sage. The mouth is dry, pleasantly sour, full-bodied and complex minerality and elegance.
Vinification process	In white with crushing of grapes, short cold maceration, soft pressing under nitrogen protection. Cold fermentation 12 degrees for 12 days.
